Is it possible to place this on the forum so that i can show video from youtube?

As an admin, you can do that using the "html" bbcode tag (just put [html] before it and [/html] after it). If you want your users to be able to do that, then you can install one of the following mods:

YouTube BBCode Tag - this adds a custom bbcode tag that will allow your users to embed YouTube videos by putting the video ID in "youtube" tags.

HTML Permission - this one makes the html tag permission-based, allowing you to specify which group(s) can use it. This tag lets users post any HTML they want though, so I don't recommend this unless you really trust your users to not abuse it.
