I uploaded this file to my forum and installed it and found that where the buttons are supposed to be just shows up as red X's.Can someone tell me how to fix this or is it something that needs to be fixed in the file itself?

Are you sure the paths are correct in Admin > Themes and Layout

Yes I am and thanks for asking.I think the file itself may have flaws but Im not sure how to see if thats true.(not a tecky) 8)
