Little help please

Ok I have deleted all yabbse files and uploaded the upgrade files, I read here that settings.php is needed from my old yabbse so I uploaded that.
It's now saying that I'm missing critical files, where did i go wrong?

Are you sure you uploaded all the files? Some FTP clients "forget" some of the files....

Pretty sure, critical would mean sources and those files outside folder (like settings.php) mainly right?

Actually, it most likely means either Themes/default/something.template.php or Themes/default/languages/something.english.php. (something is an example, could be index, etc.)

I could well have made a mistake there, YABBSE folders were more likely to be ALL ASCII or ALL BINARY, may have missed something.
