Problem installing MySQL database

I'm using 000webhost.com to host my forum.
Now, for the SMF Installer, it asks for Server name, User name, and password.
I'm just wondering where I would find the server name and which username and password I should be using.

You decide what they are, when you create the database.

CPanel>Databases>MySQL® Databases>Create New Database

With 000webhost.com it may depend on whether you have the free hosting or the paid hosting. The free hosting only allows limited databases and you have a custom control panel rather than cPanel so will have to follow thier instructions.
You must go to your admin area to find out your SQL server name, 000webhost it would appear localhost will not work. You may find your database has already been set up and you will have to use that name and password they have set up.
They appear to have Fantastico in the control panel, some do not like it, but I have used it in the past to successfully to set up new installation and it should pick up the settings automatically.
