A way to set "Default" Message Settings for users?

hello, is there a panel for message options in the admin area?

I'm currently having a pm chat back and forth with a member, and only his messages show up on my  inbox,
but non of my replays or other sent messages show up on the "Sent Messages" box?

Is there a way to set default settings for personal messaging?
I would like to have pop up messages set to ON by default instead of off.

Profile settings and marked/tick Save by default, a personal message in my outbox.

ahh thank you, i get confused now knowing theres an actual user panel setting aside from administrating.

is there an option to set everyone message settings by default?
I like the option for a pop up when a message is received, and i would like to make this default.
(users could turn it off if they wanted)

Check box: Show a popup when I receive new messages.
