Treasury isn't working

Ok so I have started up a gaming community and people are wanting to donate so I set up the treasury option, but when people try and donate it says this "You can not view Treasury". I go to donate to myself and I'm able to get to "your order summary".

These are what my setting are set at. Any ideas on how to fix?

Does it have a membergroup permission that needs selecting?

Look in admin-members-permissions-General permissions.  You have to set the allow for all member groups that you want to have access. I just set mine for regular members so everyone can access.
