Thanks a bunch. I updated all 4 boards in about 2 minutes. Kudos to SMF! I was really waiting for this one for obvious reasons.

Good work. I managed to somehow not get hit by this hack, but of course did this upgrade anyway. I had to work around some SP code in index.php, but went fine.

Package manager doesn't seem to want to work and it isn't seeing the file when upload it manually.

This happened to me too. I had to do the edits manually. Thanks SMFers for a much needed security patch!

I'm using Simple Portal on two of my boards but I didn't have any problems with the update. Is there something I should check? If so, what thread are you referring to?
