Personal Messages problem

Hi

Some of my members are requiring to input a code each time they attempt to send a PM. (like I have to to post this)
Others are not required to.
I cannot find any differences in their account settings or in general permissions etc.

Any ideas?

The ones who have to typically have a lower post count than the others.

Then have a look in Admin > Configuration > Security and Moderation > Anti-spam to see what the settings in there are for showing verification to members given their post count.
