That does not help much if you do not tell us what mod was it. But it would be much better if you posted at that add on support thread so the coder of that add on can investigate this issue.

actually i had installed the AD MANAGEMENT code than later i removed it. As i changed the theme of forum which was causing an error. I removed the theme from my Cpanel and uploaded the fresh copy of SOURCES folder.

What do you mean you removed Ad Management. Did you actually go in and delete the code by hand or did you remove it via the package manager?

Yes i removed it by Hand as it was giving error while i was trying to remove it via package manager. Any solution for this issue?????

I am guessing this is the issue. If you removed it by hand there is a probable chance you made a mistake that is causing this issue.

It is hard to tell. We have no idea what code you added, what you didn't, and it would take a ton of work to look through everything. I would suggest restoring a back up you took prior and then installing the mod via the package manager.

In that case, can you try to overwrite all your forum files with the files from a fresh package of smf large upgrade and see if that would fix the error? But remove the upgrade files from your forum folder though.
