Making a board itself invisible, but posts inside it visible

Hi guys,

I couln't figure out how do I hide the board from being visible, but the posts inside it leaving accessible through old links??? Vbulletin has this feature.

The idea is that I want to make About us, TOS, PP etc. pages at the bottom of every page. But I do not want the board itself to be visible, only the content accessible with links.

I don't know about a mod with this feature.. but for "About us", "TOS", "PP" etc.  you can use the Custom Action Mod.

Hmm.. Or you can go for any portal system, that will help you too. Like Simple Portal.

Custom Action Mod is not available for 2.0 beta 4.
and using portal system for a simple task like this would to much ...

maybe i will suggest this feature for next smf versions to be built-in. I am sure many people need it!

the customaction3-0.zip also works with SMF 2.0B4..
