Restore of database failing.

Hello,

I tried to upgrade my forums (some files were apparently 2.03) and it failed. So I wiped clean, and reinstalled to 2.04 beta (checked all files, and they are all listed now as 2.04) however when I attempt to upload a backup I am getting the following error message:

Do you have old files too apart of database ie. working version ?
