Is This The Right Place to Change the Meta Title?

However, with that said, I still found no place within it to change the Forum Homepage Title which was my original quest.

I had to uninstall the Mod you recommended because when I installed it, all of the other mods I had (Languages, Server Settings, Themes, etc.) disappeared from the Configuration Drop-Down menu. Is that normal for that to happen?

When I uninstalled, it they all reappeared.

That's not normal, no, but I'd talk to the mod author.

As far as the mod goes, it does offer changing the very option you asked for - see the screenshots!
