Set (meta)-links inside a single post

I have a long post.
In its first part it speaks about Albert, then about Barnard and then about Carl.

I would like to be able to link it from different sources.

From a specified source i'd like to link the post (to the Barnard point) and to let appear immediately the post from the point in which he speaks about Barnard.

Is it possible?

Yep. Sounds like you need the [anchor] tag
