Can we have the post number or unix time, or something append to the file name so there's not conflicts with the file existing?
Right now, I have user that spend a lot of time writing a long post, and try to attach file BLAH.PNG. If that file aready exists, they get a message to go back and try again. When they go back to try again, that entire long post they spent a long time writing is gone and they have to start over.

This is already done. Now you can upload the same name twice (or more).
Acf:
Is it also possible to have an expire date for an atachment?
If member a posted an atachment on 22 april and on 30 april it would be automaticly be removed. (only the atachment not the message)

The attachment manager has always allowed you to do this with a click of a button. I may include such a feature in my pruning mod.
