Uninstalling Modifications

I'm a bit new to all of this, i've got the idea about how to manage the forum. I was trying to uninstall several different mods because they were poor quality and I found some better ones. However, I got this error message saying to not uninstall unless I know what i'm doing. I tried to do it anyway and it said it would fail if I even tried so I didn't. I'm just looking for support to see if there is something I can do maybe I have to undo all of the setting changes?

The package manager is not too smart at handling these conflicts.

The easiest way to go around this is uninstall everything backwards until you reach the mod you want to uninstall and remove it. Then from there reinstall what you have uninstalled.

I think this could of been automated or even something better made on these lines in the source, but until then you have to do it manually like that.  ;)
