Exporting 2.0.2 theme

Ok so i used a theme,modified about 70% of it and i want to change its name ,its folder name and then export it .

If i just download it form the FTP and then zip it ,it doesnt work . How can i export that theme so i can just install it with zip like any other theme ?

Did you zip it up, within it's directory?

It needs to be not in a directory, just the files and directories within it.
