A MOD for member Registration by Admin

I have been looking for a SMF mod which will allow the Admin to create members directly without the need to Email ID. I have gone through all availalbe mods but never come across any appropriate one. If there anyone who knows about such a mod please reply me with a link.

i know about that core feature in smf but i wasnt asking about that. The problem is there i need to add new email id for every single user i am going to create. i want to avoid that and register a memeber by Admin without the need of Email. Otherwise i have to create a new email id for every single memeber which i am going to register. This is what i dont want.

Better question: why do you need to register a bunch of accounts that won't ever work with PMs, notifications, forgot password/password remainder? (Large amounts of the forum will actually get very upset if you attempt to do this.)

Sounds to me as though you're looking to create a bunch of fake accounts on the forum which is likely to cause trouble if your real members find out you've done that (because it's basically lying to them)
