Hey guys,

I'm currently running SMF 1.1.13 and every so often, the smf_settings table is crashing, and automatic repairs fail.

Anyone get anything like this before? It happens about once a week, not really helpful, especially considering it's hosted on a server which I don't have admin powers on.

1.1.13 is getting a bit long of tooth. The current version is 1.1.16.

Are you able to go into phpMyAdmin (or maybe your hosting control panel) and CHECK and REPAIR this table? If it's happening more than once in a Blue Moon, it should be investigated. I seem to recall reading about other forum admins having problems with this particular table -- you should search this Forum on smf_settings or settings and table and see what they found.
