Members encountering IP address

SuperSteve:
Certain members of my forum are having issues posting because they keep getting messages saying "Your last posting from this IP address was less than 60 seconds", when that is not the case. It only seems to be certain members and at certain times, but it doesn't look like there is an actual IP conflict or anything going on. Lately one member has been pretty much blocked from posting because he gets the message all the time from his home computer, but not from his work computer. Any ideas? I'm running SMF 1.1.15

I would first recommend upgrading to 1.16 then addressing any issues that still pertain to the installation.

Kill Em All:
I would do what Colin suggested, as it fixes some security issues and might even fix your current issue. If not, a list of mods that are installed would help greatly.
