Cannot LOGOUT ???

me and my members have the same problem one time we are LOGIN in Forum after that cannot LOGOUT and we will always online and cliccking button LOGOUT nothing happen

why this ?

i had the same problem when "use subdomain independent cookies" was turned on, after turning it off everything worked fine again
