DNS Server Error

For about a few weeks now I am getting a server error when trying to connect with my site. I've already contacted my site hoster and they say it is not them. I have SMF as my site builder. So what is going on? Either I get a blank page or a DNS Error. Can anyone help me? My site is www.davidmichaeldraiman.com [nofollow]
Not sure of the SMF complete version. I believe it is 1.1.11 Not for quite sure.

Are all your permissions and ownership for files set right.

How do I chmod? / what is chmod?

When I go to the linked page, I get a blank white screen. The page source just shows a "1" in a funny gray color. Something is very strange with your system.

You should probably upgrade your version as well.
