How to add an image to special title

I want to know how to add an image to a special title.  I have like global mod and admin special title images how do i add them???

this is what i mean by special title image:

Use membergroups.  Upload your preferred images to your theme's images folder and then edit the star image filename to point at your uploaded image.  Make sure your membergroup is set to be visible.
