This would tend to indicate that your payment gateway cannot access the member's user ID. Check that your subscriptions settings are correct.

Do you get the e-mail to say the member has successfully subscribed?

If you're using PayPal, try setting up a Sandbox account and putting subscriptions into Test mode and check it's functionality.

I have check those settings and they are right. And No I don't get an email telling me that the member has successfully subscribed.

Can you tell me how and where to setup a sandbox account and how to test this.

If you put the subscription into test mode and then try to make a subscription payment, PayPal will prompt you into setting up a Sandbox (play area) test account. They give a lot of help in doing this and essentially you can make dummy payments to this account and see the results without actually spending any cash. Can't be more helpful than that I'm afraid as I don't use the subscription system or PayPal myself but have done waaaaay back in the past.

Ok, Thanks. I'll give it a try
