Help with Traffic & SEO

I would like to boost traffic to my site. I finally have things the way i want them and not many visitors, i have a 15-20 members that post daily and about the same who post every other day or so, but i need new members, more members!

Can anyone give tips on getting more traffic.

I also need some help with google webmaster tools, i see profiles and other stuff that shouldn't be indexed is showing up. I also want to create another sitemap and meta tags to help with what shows up on indexing. Any help that can be given would be appreciated, TIA

You can use this mod for SEO: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2659

And for restricting SE bots from indexing profiles, you need to block the profile URL using robots.txt:
