Description
Automatically delete user accounts that have not had any posts in X number of days. This would help keep spam accounts from filling up the db.

If a user has at least one post, then their account would not be auto-deleted. It would only apply to new account registrations that do not post.
 
Permissions
Admin only can change configuration for auto-deleting accounts.

Feature Set
Ability to define how many days before a 0 post account gets delete. Admin might want to set it at 7 days, 15 days or 30 days for example.

This doesn't work. They can use private proxies that are not in any spam database, and captcha solving service to spam forums. Happens all the time. I suppose I could try a random question.

Custom questions work *very* well.

But bear in mind, Kindred runs a multi-million post forum, and is only too aware of how spammers do their business

I have questions set, along with Bad behavior+httpBL and StopSpammer...   and I get ZERO spam registrations these days.
(and yes, this is on a multi-million post forum with up to 250 users online at any one time)

the question has to be clear but not easy...   relevance to the topic of your forum helps.
i.e.
What is fifteen + 5 take away 8? (hint: the side armor value of a wave serpent)

you added the question, but did you also tell the system to USE the question?

and it's best if you add 3-4 questions and tell it to use 1
