no icons, no smily, no logo showing in new install

Hi,
I am new and a newbie in forum software.
I just installed SMF latest version on   ask.expatinthephilippines.com/SMF
I was able to install a theme: ClickSafe Pro-ButtonBar

I would like to have my own logo but it's not showing
I do not see any site icons, just texts
I do not see smilies appear in the messages.

I tried this on IE9 and Firefox broowser and even on Android4, but I do not see any images showing up.

Any help is much appreciated.

I was able to open the file, but it is all abacadabra to me.
I am a newbie and do not know what to do with this file.

A little bit explanation would be helpfull

Upload that file to your root of SMF and then open it up in your browser.

Fill in the fields and use the suggested links to see if that helps.

Have you enabled "hotlink protection" via your cPanel, even for your own website?
