Spammers hands down.............If I a dollar for every spam mail I got I wouldn't be typing this I would be down on a tropical island telling the butler to bring me another drink with one of those umbrellas in it.

I would have to say junk-mail (assuming you mean actual "mail" and not email... since you also have spammers which would imply junk email).
SPAM can be filtered, deleted, bounced, etc. Yes it sucks and it can put useless strain on servers but it is not that bad. I can tell from the subject and sender that I don't need to open it. One quick scan of my email header list and SPAM is dealt with swiftly.
Telemarketing calls give me an opportunity to vent on some poor git that has a sh*t job. I get to be rude to them and then hang up. But hey, if they don't like it, they can just not call me!
Pop-ups don't bother me any more since Opera has a killer blocker that still lets you get other JavaScript pop-ups when you ask for them.
Junk-mail on the other hand usually requires you to open the envelope to see whats inside. Then when you determine it is crap, you are responsible for discarding it. I'd say 33% of my recycle bin is full of junk mail. One thing thats fun to do is always return those postage paid envelopes. They don't actually pay the postage until the envelope gets used. So use them. Use those envelopes to send other junk mail back. Imagine the surprise on the face of a mortgage company employee opening the mail to find an advert from a different mortgage company. :)

I hate spam by fax.
because fax paper and fax toner cartridge are more expensive than a full e-mail account. :(
