HOW to edit "Report to moderator"

where and how do i edit this on every post? "Report to moderator"
how do i replace it with an image button?

some of my users keep on sending pm's of report and some keep on creating topics for abuse or something... i want to change it so they can see that tiny link....

help... pls.. anyone....

To enable post-reporting the user must have the relevant permission.

You can change what the link looks like the editing the relevant line in Display.template.php
