Who Receives Report to Moderator Emails

Hi there,  I have created a special membergroup on my forum and would like these people to receive email notification when a post/topic is "Reported to Moderator".

I've look around on google and these forums, but have not been able to find the answer.

If someone knows how to do this I would really appreciate if you could tell me.

Make them moderators? (Seems the logical answer).

And if i don't want to make them moderators?  there is a good reason why they are not moderators (which is outside the scope of this topic)

The way things are currently set up, I don't know of a way, I'm afraid.

I don't even think Admins can get them.

These users were receiving them in the past. I'm not sure who changed what in our forum but they are no longer receiving them.

These users are not moderators, so there must be some other way.

And I am an admin user and I receive the reports just fine.

So there is definitely a way (I just can't find it)
