Removing ICQ, AIM, YIM, and MSN

Is there any way to disable the option to edit these fields on the Forum Profile?

Admin > Configuration > Core Features > turn on Advanced Profile Fields, you can disable them from in there.

Okay so I turned Advanced Profile Fields on, now how do I get to the edit settings?
