Are the images bigger than your settings allow for?

Are they static images? Or animations?

Idid'nt check the size,but even from smf gallery it's same problem

Can you please check the avatars directory is there, writable and the paths are correct on SMF?

It's almost certainly not the avatars directory (that's primarily for the avatars bundled with SMF), but the attachments directory that's not configured properly.
