Can not change theme smf 2.0.2

Still be headache on how to fix the issue...  :(

I noticed that the site I can install theme correctly does not have Themes folder inside the Sources folder but for the site having this issue contain the Themes folder inside the Sources. Just curious if anything related.

/Soureces/Themes/....

Any feedback ?

FYI. I'm using two domains with one ip.

There shouldn't be a "Themes" directory, inside "Sources", at all.

It should be in the root, as "Sources" is.

I will re-install smf and then check directory. After that I will install a theme and recheck the directory again.

I have re-installed SMF. No directory create in Sources. But still encounter same issue that can not install new theme successfully.
