Well, you put them in the "Recommendations" section, it's not a "base" requirement, but I would say it could safely be a recommendation, why not?

I wrote them when I was in the Doc asking Devs when I was unsure.

i still dont agree on file ownership as a recommendation for installing smf, 98% or more of people would have ownership when they do the install, the issues occur when the users have installed mods that possibly caused ownership issues.

It wasn't really meant to be there for the installation.

I assumed that the requirements were for using SMF. After all, there' no point in installing it, if you can't, then, use it.

I'll just keep well away from it, now.

No point, if I'm gonna start arguments.
