I did a small update to the tools class, nothing major.

I decided not to remove the reply and quote button, the mod performs the check after the check on $context['can_reply'], disabling it won't do anything and it will interfere with how the mod actually works as it was designed to be the last check rather than the first.

I updated the OP with a new attachment.

The mod's idea is to work as an anti-spam or encouragement of good post only. Very nice and interesting. Another new mod to be tested.
