Help with 2.0 Beta 3.1 Public

Hey guys.
Fistly, sorry if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to put it.

Ok, so currently, I have SMF 1.1.4, and downloaded 2.0 Beta 3.1 the other day, and I love the Beta 3.1.  But I don't want to loose all my posts from 1.1.4.
So, can I convert my 1.1.4 to the 2.0 Beta 3.1?
If so, how do I do it?  Do I just download the "large upgrade"?  Or, do I have to first convert to 1.1.5?

Thanks,
Matt

Upgrading will retain all your members, posts, topics, stats etc.
But you will lose any mods which are installed.

You will require the large upgrade.

Make sure you backup both your files and your database before undertaking to upgrade.

Ok, I backuped everything I could.  Including everything in my CPanel, and then from the Admin section, I did all of that too.

Approximately, how long would this take?

Thanks again,
Matt

Ok guys, I have another problem.  Seems like I always do.

So, I uploaded everything, and overwrote everything.  I try to use the forums, but this shows up:

--- Code: ---PHP Error Message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16 bytes)
 in /****/********/public_html/Forum2/Sources/Subs-Db-mysql.php on line 654

--- End code ---

I tried to uploade that specific file again, but nothing happens.
So, I look at that file on line 654, and this is what it shows:

--- Code: ---foreach (debug_backtrace() as $step)
--- End code ---

I also deleted lots of stuff from my public_html, so that there would be more space, but that didn't help.

So, what do I do?
Thanks

Sorry for bumping within 24 hours, but I would really like to get my forum running again.  My members are anxious to get back to posting and stuff.
