Copying a site to new domain

Hi and thanks for reading.

I have a website that the forum set up on it.  I would like to copy the forum to another site and change the name of the forum, keeping the data within the forum.  Is that possible and if so, can someone give me instructions.  Thanks.

I should have specified. 

Current:  mydomain.com/forum

Copy to:  myotherdomain.com/forum

I want to keep the original forum and mirror it as a new forum on the new domain; not cancel the original forum.  Is it possible to "copy" all the files and ftp them to the new domain?  Thanks.

So, if I understand correctly, you want your forum to be accessible on 2 domains, with the same database?
