Beta5 upgrade problems
[Unknown]:
Are you using the default theme?
-[Unknown]
Redeye:
No, but changed back since your last post and didn't change - have I screwed up the default since the last upgrade?
scottb:
Make sure your language files are up to date on all themes not just the default one. I had the same thing happen on my forum, I just updated the language files for all my themes and the problem was fixed.
Redeye:
Updated all the files and I seem to be making things worse.
What's the best method of going back to scratch without losing the data in the forum?
Re-install the full Beta5?
TIA

Other Themes usually only have 1 language file, settings.php.

Try uploading a custom made theme [Find one in the archive of Graphics/Tempaltes] and use that and see if it still doesnt work.
After doing that it still doesnt work and reuploding doesnt work. Im all out of ideas. Make sure the files your uploading are valid.
