Bottom Info Center - Most Online Today & Ever

(1/3) > >>

Cheese Head:
I upgraded a little while ago to SMF2 Beta 3, at the bottom of my forum in a section called My Forum Name - Info Center. The second subsection is about the number of Users Online. The first part of that subsection works fine showing:
--- Quote ---12 Guests, 3 Users, Users active in past 200 minutes: Cheese Head, reg, strong204
--- End quote ---
The second part reads:
--- Quote ---
Most Online Today: 2. Most Online Ever: 2 (January 27, 2008, 07:42:13 PM)

--- End quote ---
This is wrong for both Today and Ever as there are currently 3 of us online today and several times in the past.

Anyone have an idea what's wrong? Thanks in advance . . .

sawz:
just a thought, but in Admin> Forum Maintenance>
recount all totals and statistics may solve that.

Cheese Head:
Thanks sawz, good idea, I did that 3 days ago.

The first section appears to still be working correctly with guests & users, it currently reads:

--- Quote ---3 Guests, 3 Users
Users active in past 200 minutes:
Cheese Head, reg, haemish762
--- End quote ---

But bottom section still currently reads:
--- Quote ---Most Online Today: 2. Most Online Ever: 2 (January 27, 2008, 07:42:13 PM)
--- End quote ---
Even though current is says 3 users and when I check Members > View All it shows 3 of us currently online.

So that line is still not getting updated and consequently makes my forum look stale and neglected. Any ideas please, there must be a file somewhere that is corrupted?

ComputerBob:
I'm having the same issue. Right now, in my brand new (this morning) forum, I have 20 guests and 1 user (me) online, but mine says that the most I've ever had online is 1, and the most I've had today is 1.

You can see it here:

Cheese Head:
ComputerBob, my understanding is that the most ever online is supposed to be concurrent. How did you rmove the top right "Members: 30  •  Posts: 312  •  Topics: 124", is there a setting in SMF or did you have to change some code and if so where?

For others, I'm still having the same problem, several concurrent users but only show
--- Quote ---Most Online Today: 2. Most Online Ever: 2 (January 27, 2008, 07:42:13 PM)
--- End quote ---

Jan 27 is about the day I installed SMF, is there a file I need to replace or delete to repair/reset this? Thanks . . .
