There's a "Downloads" link on the side menu of their site, and a download button in the image on the main page of the site. It shouldn't be difficult to find.

Note that the Windows and OS X ports have not been updated to 2.8 yet. This is understandable given it has only been a day and the other-OS ports are much smaller projects.
