Group moderators for boards

(1/2) > >>

Luis-:
I'd love to be able to create a small group of people and then add that group to the moderator list on a board, example;

Moderators: Administrators, Global Moderators

This is a example so you can see what I mean.

Luis-:
As of now I really need this. I have a group called "Developers" and I need to add all of them to some boards which looks messy.

K@:
Create the group.

Go to Admin>Permissions.

Click "Modify", beside the group.

Open the sections labelled "Moderate the entire forum" and "Moderate the board".

Check the permissions that you want them to have.

No need for a new feature. :)

Luis-:
Would I be able to set it so they can only moderate one board with a few child boards?

K@:
"Global" means "Everywhere".

When you create board, you'll get the option to appoint moderators to it.

If the board already exists, go to Admin>Boards and click "Modify", alongside the board.

You'll see a box, labelled "Moderators:". Just add them, there.
