Can't install modifications due to slow loading

I'm trying to install some mods (social login and others) that worked on a different server .

Everything is set up (or it should be ) . Permissions,temp folder ,everything . The mods upload ,but when i click the INSTALL button (on the screen that shows me what the mod will modify) it just "loads" awaiting information from website .

This might be a server problem because it moves pretty slow nowadays ,but because of the long loading time ,i get a connection reset and cannot install the mod .


Does anyone have any idea what i can do about that ?

Keep in mind that installation of the forum was perfect,same for template ,only mods bring up that problem .
