Your individual forum buttons / How much is this worth for you? (brainstorming)

Of course it is fair to charge for buttons, if people don't want to pay then they don't have to buy them.
As to what is a fair price, well thats up to you and it all depends on what the market dictates :).

I mean if one pays 100 for a set (buttons and theme) it should be unique and not sold to someone else.
Means the creator is still the owner (copyright included in forum sig) but the copyright should mention Theme and buttons created by ....... exclusively for www.site.com

For a true custom set I'd quote (and charge) for the time I expected to spend on it, so have to say that the prices being talked about here strike me as optimistically low! For stock sets to sell to multiple buyers, however, I'd probably be looking to keep the price as nominal as practicable.

If I paid for a set of buttons, I wouldn't want to have to add anything to my copyright statement. I don't know if you would be/are requiring that - but, personally I think they are paying, you don't need to ask that they add anything to their copyright.
But, it's totally up to you - this is just my opinion.

Darn, missed out again ;D
No offence guys ;) , but I offer my limited services out of the goodness of my heart and money does not enter the equation for me. If I was a business then I could understand it but I just run a medical support group so there's really no need for this service, but that doesn't mean that I don't wish Andrea well with it.
Personally I think Andrea is a graphic Diva and deserves high praise :)
