disable notification

I have a member that sends a notification with every post he makes, others are complaining as well. How do I disable him doing so

How does he send these notifications?

Maybe when he makes a new topic, he clicks Announce topic? Would that send and email to everyone?

Check your topic/board permissions.

I think you have added certain member group(s) who can announce topics apart from Admin and Moderators
