SMF on QNAP

I currently have an SMF forum on my hosting service's shared server. I have just purchased a QNAP TS-119P II single bay NAS on which I will place that forum. QNAP's software comes with a utility to install phpBB but I would like to stay with SMF rather than convert. I don't see any issues with SMF but does anyone have experience with SMF on a QNAP NAS?
