Missing little girl

Parham:
Those of you living in the Toronto (Ontario, Canada) area will have heard of this little girl.  Cecilia Zhang was abducted from her home about a week ago, and there is still no trace of her still.  There was an Amber Alert shortly after she disappeared and police have been working nonstop to follow up on any leads.

I didn't know Canada has Amber Alerts...

We picked it up not too long ago... I think only 3 have been issued across Canada since it was introduced.
