phpbb -> SMF converter

I used the converter and it worked miracles. The only problem I had was the converter copying nearly all directories from my old install (Mambo+phpbb) to the avatars directory. One of those directories (admin) got a different UID (apache) so I was unable to delete those myself (my host did). I thought I'd just let you know!

No, I didn't have the attachment mod installed so I skipped that part.

Could you please look in your phpbb_config table and let us know what the config_value is for the records with config_name =

avatar_path
avatar_gallery_path

I'm wondering if one (or both) of those are set to the root folder, or perhaps don't exist, and that's causing the converter to copy the whole directory structure?

I looked at a backup of my old database:
...('avatar_path','images/avatars'),('avatar_gallery_path','images/avatars/gallery'),('smilies_path','images/smiles')...
