First you're telling me that 1335 people never changed their language. That means 1335 people either are happy or don't care.
Now you're telling me that 1335 people are the only ones who did change their language.
Which is it, exactly? I have no idea what site software you're using so I have no way to make sense of that query.

Sorry for my english, I thought I had properly explained.. only 1335 of 11k have a different language that the system set the first time, so 1335 people from fanceget english langugae in the first time, or 1000 russians got italian language and 335 chinesses got spanish or whatever
In summary, 1335 people did not get (or have changed for some reason) their correct languages, maybe some people from Quebec got French and they switch to English :P

*shrug* I think that the statistics could lie, do you prune inactive members for example? How many out of those that were wrong were active members? How many of those that weren't changed never came back?
At this point, you're still convinced of the accuracy of your system, and hopefully someone else who thinks it isn't a waste of time will be able to help you, because I don't think it's nearly as accurate as you do, and I think it's only going to get more inaccurate over time.
Hope you find someone who wants to work on this. I'll take your advice, too, about not being right, and stops offering support generally (I can't offer support unless I actually know what I'm talking about, clearly I don't here. Don't see why I would trust my opinion anywhere else either. That goes for everything in my life really.)

i 'm not sure if i'm misunderstand you or you misunderstand me but reading your lasts words, seems like i'm asking for geoip, auto languages scripts or whatever hard thing stuff and i i'm looking just to know what variable i should to set to "'language-name" or what class i should call or what php file i should look to get the sames result as when i put in the url index.php?language=language-name
