I can't add language to my forum

Hi to all,first sry for my bad english.
I have problem with add language to my forum,when i go to Admin Panel > Configuration > Language > Add Language,and i type Serbian,i get this: The Simple Machines site is not responding. Please try again later.
My version smf is : 2.0.2
Can i fix this without re-intsall?
And i get this:

Hey, welcome to SMF! :) You might want to install the language pack manually: download the Serbian language pack from the SMF site, extract it to your computer and upload the files to /Themes/Default/languages. :)

First of all the bad English is not your problem. but try how can write and what u write.
