Please help - Trouble getting started

(1/1)

MissMermaid:
Hi I am still new to this whole thing but a fast learner.

I use Dreamweaver to create my websites. Go Daddy for hosting (they linked me to SMF).  I think I have downloaded what I needed.

I cant find the ACP (control panel). I have no idea how to start.

Please help me!

MissMermaid:

--- Quote ---When you first open your Admin Control Panel (ACP) you will see this welcome page. Here you will see the current news from SMF, the current SMF version that you are using on your forums and even a link to check each files SMF version number to see if they are all up to date with the current version of SMF. Also in the ACP, you will see a list of the Administrators of your forum. You will also find links to some of the more important admin pages (which are also found in the menu on the left) toward the bottom of the page.

How do I open this Admin Control Panel?

Panzer-:
Ok, make sure youve installed it all first. Dreamweaver will be no use what-so-ever at the time being.
