Small Image (Instead Of) Username

i wanna be able to insert a link to a image and make it my username for example:
<-- just a random image i found on photobucket
is there anyway i can make it to where i just insert some type of link and it appears as the username?
(i dont mean huge images i mean images created as a username like the example above)

I'm not the one with the impatience,tell that to my members.all i do is try and get information so i can tell them if its possible or not in the fastest time possible.
